A Brief History


The group was founded by Ilya Nayshullerom (vocals, guitar) and Ilya Kondratiev (drums, later the bass guitar and vocals). Then the group was joined by guitarist Garik Buldenkov and drummer Alex Zamaraev. Initially, the group focused on punk rock . Subsequently, the group expanded their sound to the first post-punk , then to indie rock.
In January 2010, the band released a video for the song Dope Fiend Massacre, who immediately got into heavy rotation on TV A-ONE , the then focus on alternative rock music .
In May 2011 the band released their debut Ep "Dope Fiend Massacre", three songs from which (including the first video for the Dope Fiend Massacre) were filmed clips.
The video for the song The Stampede became a hit on YouTube , gathering more than two million views. Popularity clip greatly helped the group - Biting Elbows signed to Mystery Sound and Light Despondent song included on the soundtrack to the film Mission: Impossible men .
In November 2011, the band released a full length album «Biting Elbows» under the label Mystery Sound.
In March 2013, the band released a video clip «Bad Motherfucker» on YouTube .
